Iraq – ISIS uses civilians as human shields in Hawija

After the collapse of ISIS leaders in the first line and after many of its fighters escaped, the organization sought to using civilians as human shields in the city of Hawija to impede the progress of Iraqi forces, which is currently preparing to restore the city
