Yemen – Development institutions aimed at involving women in the labor market.

There are many women in the Yemeni capital of Aden who have not had an opportunity to learn because most families put social traditions and customs at the forefront of their education, limiting women’s freedom and job opportunities. Ms. Khadija Ali Ahmed is one of the women who did not complete their education, but development institutions have played a role in training this group of women through courses given by experienced people to help them engage in the labor market and earn their living.
