Yemen – High prices of sacrifices burdens the citizens

As Eid al-Adha approaches, the sale of sacrificial animals in the province of Aden is witnessing an unprecedented increase in the cost of sacrifice, as citizens complained of high prices, which weighed heavily on the citizen. Some attributed the increase in prices of sacrifice to the government, which did not provide the necessary support to livestock owners, in addition to the low exchange rate of the Yemeni riyal against the dollar.
