Iraq – The first conference for women after the liberation of Mosul.

Mosul – City Center – Iraq 28/8/2017

The Iraqi women’s network, in cooperation with the Iraqi Hope Society and with the participation of women activists, a conference was organized in the city of Mosul under the theme “Women of Iraq, makers of peace and justice.” The conference aims at solidarity with the women of Mosul and discussed the situation of women and the post-liberation challenges in combating the effects of extremism and terrorism and to build confidence, build bridges of communication and secure basic services to stabilize, secure and rebuild the affected areas.
