Iraqi forces were able to fully control the center of the district of Tal Afar after fierce battles with members of ISIS where the organization suffered heavy losses of lives and equipment, as part of the operations, “coming, Tal Afar,” which began eight days ago with the participation of the joint Iraqi forces and military units
