Iraqi forces moved towards the city of Tal Afar during the liberation process, which was launched at dawn on Sunday to liberate the district of Tal Afar, which is the largest strongholds of ISIS in the province of Nineveh, northern Iraq, where troops were able to liberate the villages of Halawa and Abu Shaka east of the district of Mahlabiah on the first day of the battle.
