Iraq -The Iraqi Ministry of Interior: A Marked Decline in crime rates

The Iraqi Ministry of Interior (MOI) held a press conference in the ministry’s building in Baghdad, where the spokesman of the ministry Brigadier Saad Maan said that the security forces have been able to arrest 187 gangs, accused of thefts, attacks and looting, pointing out that there is a significant decrease in rates theft and kidnapping in Baghdad, as a result of the concerted intelligence efforts and citizens cooperation.
