Life began to gradually return to the city of Mosul, after the city was completely restored from the control of ISIS, where the commercial movement began to activate in the markets and shops, and services returned to some neighborhoods of the city. Communication companies and Internet providers began to work again in the city of Mosul, while citizens demanded improved basic services in all neighborhoods and areas of the city
