Iraq – Underage marriage of Iraqi girls remarkably rises in displacement camps

Narkazliya Camp – Duhok – Kurdistan – Iraq  10/8/2017 

The displacement camps are witnessing a significant rise in the marriage of underage girls due to difficult living conditions and difficulties of living in camps. Displaced families resorted to marrying their underage daughters to older men and Jamal Mohammed family is one of the families that gave their daughter to a married and older man and they approved of her marriage.
