Yemen – Increased incidence of cholera in Taiz.

Republic Hospital – Taiz – Yemen 2/8/2017

The cholera department of the Republic Hospital in Taiz governorate continues to receive more cases of cholera which reached nearly 10,000 cases which been treated and the hospital is still receiving patients with Cholera symptoms who have been referred to the Central Laboratory to confirm cholera. The number of confirmed cases reached 450, While the number of deaths amounted to 11 cases, according to the head of the Department of Quality Control and Statistics at the Republic Hospital.
