Yemen – Yemeni army controls Khalid Bin Walid military camp in Taiz

The southern resistance forces and the Yemeni army, with the support of the Arab Coalition, managed to take control of Khalid Bin Al Waleed camp in Taiz governorate in south-west Yemen, after several months of encircling the camp and a series of clashes between Yemeni army forces and Houthis which led to the death and wounding of many from both sides. The camp is strategically important for the advancement of Yemeni army forces and a starting point for the control of other areas.
