High dollar effects supplies of oil in Aden.
Yemen is struggling with the war started by Alhouthi rebels who caused a financial hardship due to the interruption of oil production and export as well as the use of Alhouthis to what is left from the country resources for their war leading to declining foreign exchange reserves of the country.
Yemen is suffering from political, economical and security crisis due to the war between the Houthi rebels and Ali Abdullah Saleh forces as well as the popular resistance which stopped the production and export of oil and the use of resources by the Houthi groups for their war which led to the Decline in the value of the local currency and declining foreign reserves in the country, which led to the inability to cover the fuel bill.
