Iraq – Al-Abbadi officially announces victory over ISIS

Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi announced victory over ISIS in Mosul on Monday, pointing out that the country now has the task of construction and stability, and that needs a popular effort to unite for the reconstruction of the areas and the return of displaced.
