Iraq – A car bomb explodes at the General Retirement Authority building in Baghdad

A car bomb exploded in the center of the Iraqi capital Baghdad on Tuesday, targeting the General Authority building near the Shuhada Bridge, which connects the two sides of Baghdad, Karkh and Rusafa, killing 11 people and injuring at least 35 others.
