Iraq – ISIS burns civilian’s vehicles to block the progress of the Iraqi forces

ISIS burns civilian’s vehicles and detonate them in the alleys and neighborhoods it controls in the western side of the city of Mosul to disrupt the Iraqi forces. The Iraqi forces have taken control of several areas in the July 17 neighborhood west of Mosul.
