The first founding conference of the “United for Iraq” party was held in Erbil on Friday under the auspices of Osama al-Nujaifi, secretary general of the conference, where the leader of “United for Reform” Alliance, Osama al-Nujaifi, announced the establishment of “United for Iraq” party to manage the post-ISIS stage, calling during the press conference to transform the provinces into administrative regions within the scope of the Constitution
