Yemen – Declaration of the establishment of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council led by Zubaidi.

Aden’s governor, Major General Idruss al-Zubaidi, announced the establishment of a southern supreme leadership under his presidency, and the name of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, based on the second article of Aden’s historic declaration issued on the fourth of this month in Aden.
