Yemen – Shabwa citizens complain of security chaos in the province.

Citizens complain of instability and insecurity in Shabwa governorate in the midst of almost complete absence of the state’s security and military institutions. The security services in the governorate suffer a lack of sufficient resources to perform their duties in the required manner in light of the security challenges facing the vast governorate.
