– Soundbite (Mansour Muhammad – Father of the injured girls):

“One daughter was hit in the head, her hand was amputated and a shrapnel entered her leg, and the other was hit in her left hand and right leg.”

– Soundbite (Samira Abdo – Paramedic)

“I heard the sound of an explosion, it was close to my house. I thought it was a gas cylinder from inside the house, but the explosion was outside and I heard a voice calling Auntie. I went straight to the little girl, dripping blood, and the older girl was lying on the ground. I quickly went in the house to get a piece of cloth and tied the older girl’s wound. I then called for help because the situation was too much for me to handle and my daughters were also scared.”
