  • (SOUNDBITE) Hisham Al-Dhahabi – Head of the foundation):
  • “The foundation has all the things that benefit the children and can qualify them and make them active members of the society. We teach them sewing, cooking, drawing, music, and other professions. We have libraries, entertainment facilities, electronic games, and a cinema, as well as football, basketball, and volleyball courts. We also have workshops like carpentry. I wanted to provide children with all that they need to learn and develop their talents. This foundation can host from 120 to 150 children, but we decided to have 90 children in this phase. We 57 children and 15 young people, and we seek to attract more through the field survey and the requests through social media.”
  • SOUNDBITE (Child):

“I thank uncle Hisham for providing us with this foundation. We have games, a playground, and many things. I am proud of him and his efforts.”
