Amid poor living conditions and unspeakable agony, hundreds of people with special needs organized a sit-in near the green zone, clamoring for separation of the Commission of Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Incensed protestors demanded the implementation of the health insurance clause of Law 38 for people with special needs, in addition to demands to classify salaries in accordance with the level of disability
