PEL Civil Waves in Tirbespiye -Al-Qahtaniyah launched a forum to address the growing challenges facing the agricultural sector. Amid decreasing rainfalls and a shortage in fuel supply needed to operate the irrigation machines, local farmers’ distress grew even more as they can’t afford to provide for seeds or fertilizers. Officials at the autonomous administration illustrated that they couldn’t meet farmers’ needs, with borders being sealed shut and scarcity of any aid by humanitarian organizations.
