Iraq – Joint plastic gallery for young artists held in Sulaymaniyah
A one-week joint gallery of plastic art was launched in the National Gallery in Sulaymaniyah, sponsored by the Kurdistan Children’s Protection Organization in collaboration with the Sulaymaniyah Youth Center, with the participation of 45 young plastic artists, who presented more than 145 paintings that reflect nature, women and different topics. This annual event aims to promote and support young artists by demonstrating their work, so they earn some financial returns, in addition to creating an atmosphere of artistic participation and competition among them.
