Jordan–The king discusses with UAE foreign minister the bilateral relations and some regional files
Jordan’s King, Abdullah II, welcomed the UAE’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Al Husseiniya Palace in, Amman, to discuss the strong brotherly relations between the two countries and ways to enhance cooperation in all fields. The Emirati minister stressed the depth of brotherly relations between the two countries, and the keenness to strengthen them to achieve their common interests. The latest events in addition to efforts to reach political solutions to the crises in the region were also addressed during the meeting, which was attended by Jordanian Deputy Prime and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ayman Safadi, and Director of King’s office, Jaafar Hassan. It was agreed to continue coordination and consultation on various issues of common interest.
