Iraq – Teachers and Lecturers Continue Protests in Kurdistan


For the past five days, Hundreds of teachers and Lecturers continue to protest in front of the Kurdistan Parliament Office in Sulaymaniah, demanding to be appointed on government personnel Protesters cut off the main street leading to Parliament, causing traffic jams, carrying banners mocking the government’s statements that it did not implement its promises of employment.
