Iraq – Iraqi public opinion on the poor services during the winter

The Iraqi street demanded the local governments to provide better services, especially in the winter because of the accumulations left by the previous governments without caring and especially in the city of Baghdad despite the large financial allocations spent on these services, but it is still below the desired level.
