Iraq – One-third of Kurdish voters to boycott the upcoming parliamentary elections
The Platform Foundation, working with Kurdish national issues, stated that it has conducted a poll across the governorates of the Kurdistan region on the upcoming Iraqi elections, on November 10 in which about 4 thousand voters participated. According to the head of the Foundation, Othman Abdullah, the survey found that 37% of people will not vote in the elections and more than 60% do not believe in the country’s electoral process.
