Mongolia – Complaints about the poor service of car towing companies in Ulaanbaatar
Several citizens in Mongolia complained about the poor service of car towing companies in the capital, Ulaanbaatar, where companies illegally tow 150-200 cars from the city streets, without communicating with the vehicle owners and informing them about their car towing, which earns 3 billion and 240 million tugriks. Citizens believe that the road used to accommodate 100,000 cars per day, but the number tripled to about 500-600 thousand cars, which makes the situation out of control and more difficult, they demanded that the authorities put the profits of car towing companies into state taxes and spend on creating more parking spaces and improving roads.
