Yemen – Missile attack on Al-Anad military base kill about 50 people
In the initial wake of the Houthi group’s bombing on the Al-Anad military base in Lahj governorate, southern Yemen, forty-three soldiers from the Yemeni government forces were killed, and more than sixty others were injured. Military sources stated that three drones- launched missiles targeted the 3rd Giants Brigade during their morning military exercises, and pointing out that the wounded were transferred to Ibn Khaldoun Hospital in Lahij Governorate and hospitals in Aden, the temporary capital of the country, and the Houthi group did not claim responsibility for the attack.
