Iraqi forces coalition objected to the popular crowd Act, where the head of the united party Osama Najafi threatened in a press conference to submit an appeal on the legality of the law to the Federal Court, it comes after a vote of the Iraqi parliament on the popular crowd adoption as part of the Iraqi Forces Act
