The implementation of the “Nogoonbaatar” project to decorate the Mountain Lake garden in the middle of the Ger area in the Chingeltei district of Ulaanbaatar with various works of art such as painting and sculptures, has influenced and changed the attitude of the people around the lake, where parents and children began to come to it in the summer to enjoy and play in boats and ice skating in the winter. The founder of the “Mountain Lake” park, S.Ulziitogtokh, said that in the past, citizens used to drink alcohol and throw garbage around the lake, but this phenomenon will not be repeated anymore. It is reported that the park was rebuilt 10 years ago by a young man who used the money he earned while working in Korea to clean and beautify the lake.
