Yemen: Bahashwan’s Center Preserves Hadhramaut’s Silver Antiques

By a single-handed effort, Hassan Bahashwan transformed his house in Seiyun city in Hadhramaut Governorate to a heritage center under the name of ” Hadhramaut’s Silver heritage center” embracing Silver Antiques including jewelry, silverware, and other pieces. The center aims at preserving and documenting the rich history of silver antiques in Hadhramaut to coming generations especially in light of Yemeni authority’s disregard to preserving such heritage that is waning away following the agitating long-lasting war
