Iraq – Medical staff to protest in Sulaymaniyah against the delay in the allowance payment
Dozens of medical staff at Hiwa Hospital for Cancer Treatment, in Sulaymaniyah Governorate, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, protested for not getting their clinic allowance paid for more than six months, by banditry, and not to work inside the hospital, which negatively affected the conditions of patients who need urgent health care and services. The protesters pointed out that the means of protesting and blocking the road came to convey a message to the government to fulfill its commitments to pay the due salaries.
