Dr. Dindar Zebari, Chairman of the Committee to respond to international reports in the Kurdistan Regional Government in Erbil, held a press conference to respond to the report by the International Organization for Human Rights, which accused the authorities of arresting the fugitives of ISIS controlled areas.
