Iraq – Anonymous to burn cars in Mosul as the elections approach
Since Pope Francis, Pope of the Vatican, visited Iraq, last March, the people of Mosul’s old city woke up to see their vehicles burnt out and engulfed by fire. The vehicle owners demanded the security to arrest the perpetrators, appealing to the government to compensate them for the damages, especially because they use vehicles to earn their livelihood.
