Yemen – On Eid’s first day, Houthi militia shells wound a child in Taiz
The nine-year-old “Rasha Ali Muhammad” was wounded by a shell landed on Al Thalatheen Street, western Taiz, southwest of Yemen, steeling the joy of Eid ul Fitr. According to one of the residents, Nabil al-Habashi, the Houthis targeted northeastern neighborhoods in Kalaba and Al-Safa, and the northwestern neighborhoods in the vicinity of Air Defense, Al-Sakaniya, Al-Barakah, Al-Nour City, and the vicinity of the old airport with intensive bombardment by artillery shells and heavy machine guns. “Habashi” suggested the fall of other civilian casualties in the bombing on these heavily populated neighborhoods.
