A number of Somali citizens expressed their hope that the parliamentary and presidential elections will be held in an atmosphere of calm and peace, and that the citizens make their votes for the candidate that they want freely, others said that the elections will not be conducted due to the repeated delays, in addition to the lack of freedom of citizens to choose their representatives in accordance with the tribal quotas, where the elections scheduled for September 25 were postponed to November 30.
