Iraq – The start of the General Conference for Sunnis

The General Conference for Sunnis began its work yesterday in the Baghdad International Fair conference lounge in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad under the auspices of the Grand Mufti of the Republic of Iraq, Dr. Mahdi Bin Ahmed Al-Sumaidaie and with the participation of a group of Sunni Muslim scholars, under the slogan “our reference is the basis of our unity and with it we preserve our land, our money and our honor,” the conference aims to unite and unify the speech and renounce division and sectarianism.
