Many hospitals are suffering in the city of Taiz in southern Yemen from lack of basic services which is getting worse in Khalifa Hospital, due to a severe shortage of competent medical personnel as well as the lack of the most basic medicines and equipment to generate electricity used to run the operating rooms.
