Iraq –Popular grumble in Baghdad for not distributing Corona vaccines
The Corona vaccine file is still under the spotlight in the whole world, and while many countries race to get it, the way these vaccines are distributed remains to be a source of controversy in many Arab countries. In Iraq, despite the Iraqi Ministry of Health’s denial, reports about a tendency to vaccinate the political class ignited a mass outrage and human rights demands for investigations. Meanwhile, the people of Baghdad requested an investigation on the same matter, as well as the reasons for halting the vaccination program in Iraq considering the country’s richness in oil derivatives in contrast to other countries in the region.
