Yemen: Protestors Stormed the Presidential Palace in Aden

Thousands of incensed protestors stormed the presidential palace of the Yemeni government in Aden. Protests at 9 o’clock broke out in the adjacent area of the palace “Hurriah” Square in Kraytar due to dire humanitarian conditions including poor service, inflation, and depreciation in the currency’s value. A government source reported that protestors besieged ministers in their residences in the palace. The rally was stirred by the supreme military body of the army due to their salary cutoff for 9 months
