Jordan – “Jesus Cave” discovered in Iraq Alameer

Jordanian team researchers led by antiquities and tourism expert at the Hashemite University Dr. Mohammad Waheeb discovered “Jesus Cave” which contains a Byzantine church in the town of Iraq Alameer west of the capital, Amman and this comes after the initiation of exploration work in the town of Al-Bassa in 1974.
