Iraq is famous for its many different national dishes, including Masgouf fish, which is grilled fish on the Iraqi way, where the newly hunted fish shoved from the back on the typical length of the fish up to its head, then they get rid of the bowels of the fish and shove another two or three slots in its skin to hang the pickets.
