Yemen – Lack of funds to support civilians with physical impairments as a result of the war

The development Associations for People with special needs in the Aden are suffering from lack of resources and funds. The ongoing war in Yemen, led to the increase in people with special needs, and the war has destroyed a number of its facilities, as a result these people are not receiving any treatment.
