Iraq – Yazidis fight ISIS by documenting their crimes

Erbil – Iraq 14-08-2016

Dozens of Kurdish activists in Erbil, north or Iraq; branching off nationalism in a number of differing views on religion and state ideology, attended in unity an event hosted by the Olive Branch organization and a Yazidi organization documenting genocide. This marks the second anniversary of Sinjar’s invasion by ISIS in the summer of 2014.
