The Higher Institute for Studies and computational finance at Baghdad University, in a first of its kind incident discussed the master’s thesis titled “The adoption of overall quality standards of tax examination and its impact on the tax base” for the deceased student “Abdul Samad Jumaa” since his thesis was of great importance affecting the Iraqi economy standards.
