The progress Institution for Developmental policies held a seminar in the Iraqi capital Baghdad, to discuss the role of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in the fight against corruption and corrupts, and stopping the phenomenon of sectarian quotas that adversely affect the present and future of Iraq.
