Jordan: Jordanian security forces farewell to Alrukban victims

Jordanian Armed Forces bids farewell to Jordanian border guards who were killed in a car bomb that crossed the Syrian-Jordanian border in Alrukban region, an official military burial took place by carrying the bodies in coffins decorated with the Jordanian flag. The victims are Cpl. Nooraldin Mohammed Saleh Shehadeh, Cpl. Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud Subaihi, soldier Bilal Omar Salim Al Zoubi, and the soldier Khader Mohammed Khader Haji from the Jordanian armed forces – Arab army. The attack also resulted in the deaths of both police officers Uday Walid Asnean Khawaldeh of the General Security Directorate, and Sergeant Anas Abdel Raouf Mahmoud Alasmar from General Directorate of Civil defense.

Thousands of Jordanian citizens and the victims families participated in the funeral and they placed flowers on their tombs. Many military and civil officials participated in the funeral as well.
