There is a widespread concern that the Iraqi crisis that marked 2018 elections will be repeated in the coming elections. Doubts and intense rivalry had prevailed the 2018 elections. Analysts believe that foreign players are pushing to craft the coming government especially after the parliament decided to adopt multi-district formula. Experts based their expectations on Iraq’s reality which is vulnerable to foreign interventions which in turn cripple the political process
