Iraq – As Parliament’s annexes are not finalized, Iraqis anticipate the parliamentary elections to be postponed

Iraqi experts anticipated a delay in the Iraqi parliamentary elections since the annexes covering the election law are not finalized yet. They pointed out that the decision of holding or postponing early parliamentary elections, stated from June to October of 2021, is yet to be resolved. This decision relies districting the electoral constituencies among governorates.
